Stay Fit at Home with These Fun Home Workouts

There are many ways to stay fit at home with fun workouts. Have you been jumping on the at home workout train like most of us? It's easy and mask-free! It's also fun and there are plenty of Youtubes and subscriptions you can get that keep it fun and entertaining. Personally I have been loving Melissa Wood Health and Peloton classes from my home but below is a roundup of all the ones I've tried and that have been extremely fun and actually gives you a good sweat. No need for the gym membership, ladies and gents. Subscribe to any of the below or get onto the free service for some of them to try it out from the comfort of your own home.

Below are a few options to get that workout in at home:

Peloton: I love their at home dance cardio and arm tone ups you can take after doing a spin class. Put it on your iPad and just log in. It's easy and fun. Also great stretching classes.

Jet Sweat Fitness: New York’s best fitness studios are coming to you. This is a great platform that streams the top studio classes for you.

Melissa Wood Health: Seven-day free trial and free live-streamed classes on Instagram. Obsessed with all her pilates, arms and abs and yoga classes. 

P.volve (low-impact strengthening): An extended 30 day free trial of streamed classes with no credit card needed using the code "OnePvolve".

Physique57(Barre): Seven-day free trial of recorded classes.

OBE Fitness (cardio, strength & flexibility): Use the code ‘SWEATSANDCITY’ for your first month of guided at-home workouts free and get a live sculpt workout on March 17 at 10:30am.

Tone It Up (low-impact): One free month for new users.

Daily Burn (cardio kickboxing, HIIT, Barre, yoga, more): A free 60-day trial of online classes.

305Fitness (cardio dance): There will be live cardio dance parties streamed live on Youtube. Check its Instagram for the next party or dance along to a recorded one instead.

Sputnik Yoga (yoga): Donation-based classes daily on Instagram Live for four weeks. $5 is the suggested donation that you can venmo to @sputnikyoga.

Blink Fitness (gym): All fitness content, more than 500 classes from cardio to meditation, from Daily Burn, Aaptiv, Gaiam and Shape, will be available to new and existing members through April 30 on Blink's app. This was previously only available to premium members. You can also join for $1 and get the month of March free.

Loom (yoga): Daily classes at 8:30am, noon and 7pm weekdays and 10am, noon and 4pm on weekends. There will be a $10/$20 drop in classes if you don’t have a membership. A link to join the class will be sent 15 minutes before class starts.

Happie House (yoga and meditation): Online classes daily on Zoom for $10.

Yoga Agora (yoga): Online classes on Zoom with a suggested donation of $10.

Planet Fitness (gym): Free live-streamed fitness classes daily at 7pm on its Facebook page.
