Starting to realize your quarantine cocktails are lacking? Wishing someone who knew what they were doing could help out? You're in luck.

This Thursday, explore bar tools and techniques and get acquainted with the building blocks of cocktail families with Dear Irving, the award winning purveyor of some of the best and most innovative cocktails on earth!

Once we're done, if you like we'll split the conference into groups of your choice for a private party.

We're not putting up a paywall for this one but donations are very welcome (note that the class is $115 per person in non-plague times).

When? Thursday, April 16 at 8:00 p.m. (ET).

Where? On Zoom. Join here.

What you'll need:

For the margarita: lime juice,
agave nectar or orange curacao (cointreau/grand mariner) & blanco tequila.

For the martini: dry vermouth (Dolin is recommended), gin, lemon for twist or olives.

For both: ice, some kind of shaker, jiggers or tablespoons.

We have tons of other interesting stuff going on to keep you sane during this quarantine, including comedy, music & more. Check out our events page and blog for updates and more info.

And when this is all over, you'll need to get out and re-introduce yourself to your friends. asembl is the perfect tool to make both of those things easier. Check it out:
