Anybody else not worn pants with a waist in months? Us neither. Our shows are strictly comedy in comfortable clothes now. And very funny.

Join us on Friday, August 14 at at 9 o'clock  (Eastern)(save to your calendar here). We're pumped to have comedians Lindsay Theisen, Hannah Boon & Sheria Mattis.

Here's the main page for the series where you can check out upcoming and past shows.

Or follow us on social media for the same:

Here's how it works:

  • Hit the "Join the interactive show" button or the "Join the livestream on YouTube" button (though that's much less fun) below at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14 to join.
  • Turn on your microphone and/or camera so we can hear everybody laugh and feel together (also: behave).
  • Our amazing comedians do 15 minute sets each.
  • You laugh a great deal.
  • Donate. We're not putting up a paywall since we want everyone to easily join but we'd appreciate your donating $5 (or more!). Everybody's gigs went poof so a bit of cash would be highly appreciated.

Then, Hannah Boone.

Hannah has written for Playboy, The Bold Italic, Some eCards, and Little Old Lady. She participated in the 2012 Seattle International Comedy Competition, where she was a finalist in the TBS National College Comedy Competition two years in a row. She won the New York Stand Up Showdown in December of 2016 and her sketches were featured on Adult Swim. She currently (as of March) travels around the US headlining and featuring but loves coming back to her home base, New York City where you can find her at Carolines, stand up New York, Knitting Factory, Littlefield, New York Comedy Club, and more. Hannah is a solidly good dude and overall sweetheart.

And finally, Lindsay Theisen.

Lindsay is a New York City based comedian originally from the deep depths of Greenville, South Carolina. She is probably best known for her blond hear, bangs, distinct voice, blacking out, and possibly jokes. Most recently, Lindsay was featured in the 2017 Laughing Skull Comedy Festival and was a runner up in the 2016 Make Me Laugh Albany Comedy Festival. When Lindsay is not performing stand up all over the city, you can find her (unenthusiastically) teaching Pilates at an Equinox near you.

When this is all over, you'll need to go out. And also re-introduce yourself to your friends. asembl makes doing both better. Check it out for all the best things going on and the easiest way to gather a group to do those things with.
